Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery


  • Purchased lessons are conducted via online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Lessons are scheduled after payment confirmation and held on the agreed-upon dates.

  • The lesson schedule is determined in advance and finalized with mutual agreement between the teacher and the student.


2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


  • Students wishing to reschedule a lesson must notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be accommodated, and the lesson will be considered completed.

  • If the teacher cancels a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.


3. Refund Policy


  • For purchased lesson packages that have not yet started, a refund request can be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are only applicable for unused lessons. The cost of completed lessons is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the student's request.


4. Lesson Participation and Technical Requirements


  • Students are responsible for attending lessons on time. Any delays on the student's part will reduce the total lesson time.

  • If a lesson cannot be conducted due to issues with the student's internet connection or device, the lesson will be considered completed.

  • In the event of technical issues caused by the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled.


5. Privacy and Security


  • All materials and content used during the lessons are the property of the teacher and may not be shared without permission.

  • Student information is protected under the privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.
